These terms apply to the Norevia Market website and purchases from Goodrich JH LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate order and contact information and may not interfere with store security, misuse content or attempt fraudulent transactions.

Products and natural materials

We aim to describe products accurately. Natural wood varies in grain, tone and figure, and colour may change with age and light exposure. Screen settings can also affect colour appearance. Refurbished condition is disclosed on the relevant product page.

Prices and orders

Product price, currency, shipping, taxes and any other payable amounts are displayed before checkout is completed. We may decline or cancel an order for genuine availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Delivery, returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Risk and responsibility transfer as provided by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Norevia Market name, site design, product copy, graphics and original images are owned by or licensed to Goodrich JH LLC and may not be commercially reused without permission.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Goodrich JH LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, but nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
